The manicure involves the beautification and care of hands, manicure comes from the Latin word "manus i curare" hand i cure "manicure" 

 

It is not necessary that nails are long, super colored and wonderful, it is sufficient that they are well maintained to complete the overall look. A full manicure appeals to the same and others. 

 

The nails represent the mirror of our health, personal care and our personality. Therefore, in most cases, during job interviews, hands are observed. Nails are the business card of our hands and hour a week dedicated to manicure, grow healthy and strong. 

 

A manicure consists of performing a cleansing, exfoliation, cuticle push or removal, filing and nail color and finally a hand massage. 

 

Healthy nails are strong and have a valid and pink color. The surface should be smooth, curved, no stains, cracks or wrinkles. 

 

Both men and women can equally enjoy the benefits of a manicure. 

 

Finally, the cuticle is sometimes cropped, although it is not recommended because there is a certain risk of spreading infection which should be performed by qualified personnel, also may be a risk of infection with the use of tools used by many people and, therefore, sanitation is a matter of utmost importance.
